Today was girls day out. For my girls and I that means a walk on the beach. We went down to Assateague. It was deserted with the exception of a some sea birds and wild ponies. We found a lot of nice small pieces of driftwood and some cool shells. Nothing clears my mind and soothes my soul like a stroll on the beach with my girls.
